A giant monster, created by French nuclear tests, attacks ships in the Pacific Ocean. Experts, including Niko Tatopoulos, identify the creature as the cause of destruction. Soon, the monster is in Manhattan. The US military tries to eliminate it before it can reproduce and threaten the world.
