Riddick is a wanted man and an escaped convict with the ability to see in the dark. He finds himself in the middle of a conflict between good and evil. Lord Marshall, a priest and leader of the Necromongers, starts a Crusade in the 26th century. His army battles a wise alien race. Riddick tries to escape from prison and ends up on a Necromonger ship.
