Set during the height of the Cold War, the story follows agents from the international organization U.N.C.L.E. (United Network Command for Law and Enforcement) as they confront a criminal organization known as T.H.R.U.S.H. (Technological Hierarchy for the Removal of Undesirables and the Subjugation of Humanity). CIA agent Napoleon Solo and KGB agent Illya Kuryakin must put aside their differences to work together and thwart the plans of the villains. Their only lead is the daughter of a missing German scientist, whom they must locate quickly to avert a global disaster.
