Set during the final days of the Vietnam War, the narrative follows a captain who served in the South Vietnam army. After fleeing to the United States, he settles in a refugee community while secretly continuing his role as a spy, gathering intelligence and reporting back to the Viet Cong. The film addresses themes of war and political conflict, as well as the experiences of refugees in America.
