A US Army base on the Panama Canal faces a hurricane during a jungle training exercise with an elite team of Army Rangers led by Drill Sergeant Nathan West. After the storm, only two recruits return, both with conflicting stories about their leader and the rest of the platoon. DEA agent Tom Hardy is called in to investigate the mysterious disappearance. Survivors struggle to explain whether drugs were involved or if something else happened. Everyone is lying.
