A child named Mowgli grows up in a wolf pack in the jungles of India. He learns the harsh laws of the jungle under the guidance of Baloo the bear and Bagheera the panther. Mowgli considers the jungle animals as his family, except for the fierce tiger Shere Khan. Soon, he discovers that greater dangers await him in the jungle, including his own human origins, which he must confront.
