Two detectives investigate murders in Texas. Mike Souder is local, while Brian Heigh is from New York. They work on cases of victims found in the Killing Fields. Criminals bring bodies from other places and leave them in this area. The detectives face challenges when they become targets for the killers. The criminals plant evidence and call from the victims' phones. When a girl named Ann is kidnapped, Souder and Heigh do everything to save her.
